2013 2013 will be for Esteban his first year as official driver in the F1 World Championship with Sauber F1 Team, having Nico Hulkenberg as team mate after a top-3 general in th eGP2 Series with 3 wins, 7 podiums and 176 points.
2012 Esteban finishes the GP2 Series, F1 seedfeeder in the top-3; won in Valencia, Silverstone amd Hungary with seven podiums and 176 points.

2011

Esteban races his first season of the GP2 Series and achieves winning in Valencia, does an excellent race in Hungary and goes up to the podium, placing himself as one of the best rookies and is awarded with the “Best overtaking manoeuvre”. He closes the season with 15 points and 13 in the general standings and renews his contract with Lotus ART to race season 2012 of the Series.
2010 This year Esteban finishes as the first champion of the GP3 Series, with an excellent season, 5 wins, 9 podiums and 2 poles, enough to become champion. That also gave him the opportunity of being qualified as a reserve and test driver with Sauber Team for F1.
2009 Tested in a F1 Car with BMW Sauber F1 Team, finishing in fifth position. He also tested in a GP2 Car with ART Grand Prix and Telmex Arden International teams, where he finished in the sixth and seventh position respectably. Faced the F3 Euroseries Season.
2008 Champion of the Formula BMW Europe with 7 Wins out of 16, 12 podiums, 3 second places, 2 third places, 3 poles and 8 fastest laps.
2007 Rookie of the Year of the Formula BMW USA (Canadian team Autotecnica) and 2nd place in the overall championship with 4 wins and 8 podium. Record of total pole positions of 9 out of 14 possible. Record of consecutive pole positions of 6 and a A1 GP Official Test at Silverstone.
2006 Formula Renault 2000:Two day test in Zacatecas, Mexico with Dynamic Motorsports matching the track lap record. Mexican Rotax Max Challenge (Karting): Finished 1st Place in the north Mexico regional series. 4th Place In the Mexican Grand Nationals in Zacatecas, Mexico. Ayrton Senna award and trophy for Achievement and sportsmanship (last time given 5 years before). Camkart challenge Mexico (Karting): Won every one of the 5 races in the challenge.
2005 Mexican Rotax Max Challenge (Karting): Won ticket to the Grand Nationals in South Bend, IN where I finished 3rd overall (being the Mexican champion) and winning a ticket to go to the world finals in Malaysia representing Mexico.
2004 Mexican Rotax Max Challenge (Karting): Raced the last 3 events of the season.
