The Escuderia Telmex driver of car #5 in NASCAR Mexico started out in fourth position but after a sanction in pits while getting fuel made him lose a lap. Fortunately the team’s strategy was good and could recover several positions and finish this eighth round of the season in fifth place, which still keeps him in the fight for the title.
